I love your book as it is so in line with my Unity principles & 20 years of following Abraham.
Have a number of challenges right now & tried doing steps but I get to FOUR &!honestly cannot think of any resentments or big secrets I hold now. Thats a good thing??? Or denial.😉
What would you suggest?

Hi Nancy, resentments and unresolved anger can be so insidious and subtle, that they could make you think that you don’t have any. But if you are feeling frustration and anxiety, trust me – there’s resentment and anger in there too. Look at your challenges as the frustrations, and see if you are resentful or anxious about them – then do an inventory on that. Hi. I participated in a Workshop with you in Madison, Wi though I didn’t exactly follow through then. I do remember what presence you are and pulled out your book and worksheets to start again. Just stopping in to send some love your way.
